2)Social catering customers – individuals that contract for private events, usually serviced in
their home.
To assure quality control, everyone must follow the NEA's norms,regulation and recommendations.In inhouse practise, the cook will be supervised at all times by the manager during food production. No food will leave the premises without a careful inspection and tested by a supervisor.Above all everyone will be responsible for food hygiene and safety.
